Michael T. Comer, CEO
Mr. Comer is the founder and CEO of the Wound Care Advantage which was created in 2002 to address the needs of community based hospitals to develop revenue enhancing programs. Comer has been involved with out-patient Wound Care and Hyperbaric programs for over fifteen years. He began his career as a commercial-diver-medic in the Gulf of Mexico and off the coast of California. Mr. Comer was co-founder of Beverly Hills Hyperbarics in 1995, and founded Hyperbaric Supply in 2000. In addition to being the CEO of the Wound Care Advantage, Mr. Comer has served as a firefighter and Captain of the Sierra Madre Volunteer Fire Department also serves as advisor for several medical institutions across the country.
Rylan A. Smith, CFO
Mr. Smith has over 10 years in the Healthcare industry. He started his career in with a start-up healthcare management company based in Santa Monica Ca. The company purchased economically depressed community hospitals and turned them profitable. He later joined Universal Health Services as the Controller for Lancaster Community Hospital. His years of experience gives him a unique perspective on the financial operations of a community hospital.
Christi Donsanouphit, Vice President
Alumni of University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Ms. Donsanouphit has over 10 years of management experience and 7 years in healthcare. Ms. Donsanouphit oversees the daily business operations, human resources, communications, and product development of the company. She began her career at UCLA Emergency Medicine Department and was welcomed to Wound Care Advantage in 2007. She is the co-founder of the first informational social network in the Wound Care and Hyperbaric industry, Wound Care Community.
Kurt Arisohn, Implementation Director
Mr. Arisohn has been involved in the wound care & hyperbaric industry since 2002. Starting off as a trained commercial diver, Mr. Arisohn has pursued his interest in hyperbaric oxygen therapy as well as advanced wound care during his involvement at Hartford Hospital’s Level 1 Trauma Center. Mr. Arisohn, joined the Wound Care Advantage team in 2005 and has been involved with the development, implementation, and management of wound care & hyperbaric facilities across the country. Mr. Arisohn is a seasoned veteran to the industry and is always looking for creative options to help develop the best programs and to be the best partner.
